Bat City Bugs

Now theres no evidence the Bat City Underground bats started taking bugs, listening to the Grateful Dead, and all of sudden started acting like humans. Thats not what were saying. We're just saying that it was around the late 60s and early 70s that New Bat City started to take shape into the grand underground city that it is today.
