This Non-Fungible Token certifies that OWNER is entitled to 1 share of each of the total number(300) of shares of the GENPI CAPITAL METAVERSE LAND FUND 1, invests on metaverse products, transferable in person by Solana Blockchain. NFT Holders are granted five rights: voting, ownership, the right to transfer ownership, dividends, the right to inspect corporate documents. By the time this certificate offered, the fund will invest on metaverse products on any blockchain dynamically and income will be distributed to share holders every month.
