This Non-Fungible Token certifies that OWNER is entitled to 1 share of each of the total number(200) of shares of the GENPI CAPITAL SYNTHETIC NFT INVEST FUND, invests on utility NFTs, transferable in person by Solana Blockchain. NFT Holders are granted five rights: voting, ownership, the right to transfer ownership, dividends, the right to inspect corporate documents. By the time this certificate offered, the fund will invest on utility NFTs dynamically and income will be distributed to share holders every month.
